What a difference a week makes!

The weather in Natchitoches this spring has made it difficult to get this phase of the construction project underway. At one point, Natchitoches received more than 6 inches of rain in one day! Needless to say, the construction site was way too wet to start building until just recently. And now in only one week, look at the difference!

Watching the Building Grow

I hope that you are as excited as the rest of the LSMSA family as we watch the first new construction project in the 25 year history of the school. Check back to our blog to watch the progress on the site. The red iron has been sitting on the front lawn of the school waiting to be hoisted up to become the skeleton of a building that will provide a home for young artists and for techies in training. For 25 years, meals have had to be delivered to the cafeteria from another site, but now when the building is complete, LSMSA will have its first "on-site" kitchen!
